Course overview

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to successfully implement design thinking. Through experiential learning, the course aims to develop core professional skills in project management, teamwork, ethics, presentation skills and cultural awareness.

Course learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate an understanding of personal attributes and their impact on team dynamics
  • Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills to successfully complete a project
  • Develop an ethical problem statement, demonstrating the ability to empathise with users and identify their requirements
