Course overview

This course equips students with essential project management and career development skills applicable across the interactive media and software development industries. Students will explore relevant theories and tools utilised in these fields such as agile/scrum and will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practical contexts.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and development plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies and workflows.
