Course overview
This course aims to develop students’ ability to understand, analyse, and strategically influence the dynamic forces that shape modern organisations. Emphasising strategic leadership, the course equips students with the frameworks and tools to navigate complexity, drive organisational performance, and make high-impact decisions in evolving and uncertain environments. Students will critically engage with the structural, political, cultural, and systemic dimensions of organisations, preparing them to lead at the intersection of strategy and organisational behaviour.
