Course overview

Course learning outcomes
- Identify business problems that are strategic for creating and sustaining competitive advantage.
- Prepare a business analytics project roadmap that includes detailed plans for data collection, exploratory analysis, and statistical modelling to address the identified business problems.
- Synthesise findings and formulate actionable recommendations based on descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Communicate complex analytical insights clearly and effectively to business stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
