Course overview
The course is delivered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) appointed facilitators and provides students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of the role of a board and the duties and responsibilities of being a director.
Course learning outcomes
- Acquire and critically reflect on, theoretical and practice-based principles of the role of Boards and the duties and responsibilities of Directors.
- Acquire knowledge of the role of Boards and Directors duties to management and leadership decision making.
