Course overview

In this course, students will devise strategies for the design, delivery and management of workplace learning and development. The organisational environment and workplace learning; HR development, strategy and knowledge management; adult learners - learning theories, models and methods; needs analysis, design and implementation of learning programs; strategies to enhance learning outcomes and change; evaluation of results; issues and challenges.

  • Compare and contrast a range of adult learning theories and methods.
