Course overview
The course aims to equip students with a fundamental knowledge of how the law impacts business decision-making and operations, and awareness of the range of obligations placed on business. In addition to meeting professional body and legislative requirements, learners are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills they need to ensure that they are able to comply with Australia's legal and regulatory regimes. The course achieves these outcomes by examining a number of fundamental legal principles that facilitate yet impinge upon business and professional activities and facilitating critical reflection upon the strengths and weaknesses of Australia's legal and regulatory regimes.
