Course overview
The aim of this course is to identify a problem, develop the strategic case for digital change, identify impacted stakeholders and define a change management strategy. Course learning outcomes
- Evaluate how previous technological innovations have impacted organisation's operating models, employees and wider society.
- Appraise the potential disruption to an organisation from new digital technology trends and innovations.
- Compose and assess the actions that organisations can take to leverage digital to create and sustain competitive advantage and operational excellence.
- Investigate a business challenge and develop a strategic case to convince stakeholders of the need to adopt a new digital solution, including analysing the need, appraising different solution options and recommending a preferred solution.
- Design a change management strategy for impacted stakeholders, and propose actions that could be taken to mitigate the impact of the changes.
