Course overview

The aim of this course is to engage students with the frameworks and methodologies associated with implementing digital led business transformation opportunities, undertaking business case analyses, and data visualisation. Managing Digital Transformation, Approaches to Project Management, Agile and DevOps, Data Driven Insights and Storytelling, Data Visualisation, Design Thinking, Business Case Development.

  • Describe how different frameworks and methodologies are used for implementation of digital technologies.
