This course aims to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge to analyse, and implement solutions to ethics, sustainability, and governance challenges in the global environment. By evaluating concepts and knowledge in the specific areas of business ethics, sustainable business practice, and corporate governance, this course will enable learners to develop skills in complex problem-solving, decision-making, and professional ethics across diverse cultures and international business contexts. This course aligns with the program’s intent to equip students to think critically and apply higher order analytical and problem-solving skills in international perspectives for their prospective clients or employers.

- Critically reflect on the theoretical and practice-based theories of ethics, sustainability, and governance, and the impacts these have on management and leadership.

- Investigate social and environmental sustainability issues and propose sustainable business practices.
- Critically review cross-cultural issues, their implications on business, and develop competencies to recommend strategies including Corporate Social Responsibility.
