Course overview
This course will provide you with the capability to use theory, frameworks and techniques to develop, experiment and evaluate potential innovative ideas to stay relevant and drive growth in the modern consumer landscape. Through experiential workshops, you’ll cultivate a future focused, flexible innovation mindset. You’ll learn to address biases, embrace change, and foster an innovation-friendly environment within an organisation. The course will teach you to identify key innovation drivers and leverage customer research, internal resources, and company culture to differentiate your organisation in competitive markets. It’s ideal for those leading new product innovations in tech startups or corporate settings.

Course learning outcomes
- Summarise, justify and explain key underlying factors that form an effective product innovation process
- Develop and lead innovation that will consider ethical, social and environmental impact, culture and diversity in the creation and progressive development of new product innovations
- Critically analyse and evaluate new product ideas in order to prioritise potential to address key innovation lenses and technology requirements
- Create and communicate a value proposition to solve a market problem
