Course overview

The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of the international operations and activities across firms in the supply chain; how effective and efficient supply chain management practices can enhance and impact global competitiveness. Organisations are increasingly recognising the strategic opportunities of their supply chains as a means to achieving competitive advantage. As firms operate in global economies, we no longer see firms competing at the organisational level, but at the supply chain level.
