Course overview

This course explores the interconnections between sustainability, corporate risk management, and governance. Students will learn to integrate sustainable practices into business models, assess environmental and social risks, and develop governance frameworks that promote ethical practices and long-term sustainability.

  • Assess and integrate sustainability into business strategies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks in business operations
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks that promote sustainability, and ethical behaviour and transparency
