Course overview

Students undertaking this course will develop an in-depth understanding of strategic principles and their application to generate solutions to complex and unpredictable strategic problems characterised by new technologies and innovations. The course introduces participants to the theories, frameworks and concepts underlying modern strategic management, highlighting its utility in an environment being revolutionised by digital disruption. Leveraging the Analysis-Formulation-Implementation approach, it provides participants with the orientation, perspectives, and competencies needed to manage organisations in business environments characterised by monumental and rapid change to outperform competitors in the long term.
