Course overview

This course focuses on the importance of strategic management in determining organisational performance by introducing the management concepts, skills and abilities relevant to an organisation's strategic capacity to create and capture value and succeed in competitive environments. Students will learn about and critically apply contemporary strategic management concepts, frameworks and tools. Topics include an integrated approach to applying tools and frameworks to strategic analysis, formulating strategy and strategy implementation.
