Course overview
This course aims to develop students¿ understanding of both the distinctive and the common elements of management and administration in public, private and non-profit sectors and the impact of changing work practices and processes on organisations and people.
Course learning outcomes
- Compare management and administration functions in public, private and non-profit organisations
- Evaluate important aspects of management and administrative performance, including service delivery, performance support systems, and customer relations
- Manage administration systems and work processes
- Analyse the impact of information and communication technology in workplaces, including social, ethical and legal aspects

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
