Course overview
The aim of this course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of business simulation and decision analysis techniques. Through a structured exploration of foundational principles, students will develop skills in simulation and optimisation. The course covers a wide range of topics, from basic simulation methods to advanced decision analysis techniques. Students will explore Monte Carlo simulation, optimisation, and the use of artificial intelligence and chatbots in decision-making processes. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to apply these concepts to real-world business scenarios, enhancing their analytical capabilities and decision-making confidence.
