Course overview
This course equips students with a deeper knowledge of procurement structures and processes in both public and private sectors. It covers the theories and strategies for enhanced value, buyer-supplier relationships, and category management; as well as the analytical skills and competencies required in the realm of the digital age for strategic advantage. This course examines the processes and systems required for effective strategic, tactical and operational management of assets and resources in contemporary public and private organisations, including small to medium enterprises. Students are assessed through a critical analysis, presentation and report.
