Course overview

This course provides in-depth knowledge of the temporal and spatial processes that add value for customers in supply networks, the philosophies and techniques for the application of supply chain strategies, and the digital technologies that enable integrative efforts and competitiveness as an ecosystem. In this course, students gain insights into various strategies, value proposition for businesses, evolving technology applications and the synchronisation of processes and operations across the supply chain. With Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence (AI) being embraced in today's digital era, supply chains are now evolving into networks and ecosystems enabling collaborative interconnectivity and integration among firms. Students are assessed through a report and an examination.
