Course overview

Using case studies, the course aims to equip students with a practical understanding of relevant concepts and frameworks needed to make better strategic decisions in the context of dynamic and fast-changing business and management environments. Students can expect to critically explore how continuous and accurate analysis of essential strategic tasks and an analysis of the interaction between the internal and external environment contribute to a successful strategy.
