Course overview
This course provides a deep look at the concept of innovation strategy, exploring history, theory and modern tools of innovation strategy not commonly known. This course also covers the innovation system from an entrepreneurial eco-system perspective. Completing this course will help students better recognise the role of innovation, as well as offer powerful concepts to help embed an innovation process with students' venture or organisation, or influence the development of entrepreneurial eco-systems.

- Develop an innovation strategy evaluation plan for a new, emerging or existing organisation to measure the effectiveness of innovation efforts applying appropriate metrics and evaluation methods of ethics and sustainability
- Examine the dynamics of entrepreneurial ecosystems and their influence on regional development or sectoral innovation strategy, analysing the roles of government policies, venture capital, support networks, and other stakeholders in fostering a conducive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship
