Course overview
The aim of the course is to equip students with the fundamental skills and knowledge to understand, interpret, and apply data-driven insights within a business context. Students will first be introduced to the computing and programming skills necessary to solve business analytic problems. These include the essentials of data warehousing and data wrangling, data analysis using unsupervised and supervised machine learning methods, as well as providing an overview of cybersecurity and the ethics of handling data. Students will also have the ability to apply these skills to real-world business issues.
