Course overview
This course provides students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to leverage cutting-edge analytical tools and techniques in order to optimise and enhance the efficiency, visibility, and resilience of supply chain operations. Through a comprehensive exploration of key concepts, industry best practices, and hands-on application of analytics tools, students will gain the expertise necessary to make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and drive strategic improvements across the entire supply chain ecosystem. In this course, students develop their knowledge of the crucial role of data analytics in supply chain management and how it can contribute to an organisations overarching strategic goals and objectives. Students are assessed through an essay, a case study and presentation.
