Course overview
This course provides students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to leverage cutting-edge analytical tools and techniques in order to optimise and enhance the efficiency, visibility, and resilience of supply chain operations. Through a comprehensive exploration of key concepts, industry best practices, and hands-on application of analytics tools, students will gain the expertise necessary to make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and drive strategic improvements across the entire supply chain ecosystem.
