Course overview
This course will provide an overview of the role of digital information and technology in today's digital world and introduce students to the analytical skills, tools and techniques required to be successful in business. Contents include Managing Operations in today’s digital world; Operations Strategy; Designing Products and Services; Making products; Locations and Layout; Managing capacity; Managing Inventory control; Managing Quality; Managing the supply network with information; Improving business operations.
