Course overview

The aim of this course is to develop knowledge, skills and perspectives about effective communication in business and the use and value of information systems in the workplace.

Course learning outcomes

  • Explain how theories of communication and business information systems influence organisations
  • Locate and appropriately acknowledge research literature to provide rationales for decision-making in academic and professional contexts
