Course overview
This course aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and analytical tools essential for navigating the process involved in initiating a new business venture. Through a systematic and iterative approach to idea generation and refinement, students will gain an understanding of entrepreneurship, learning to identify opportunities by actively engaging with customers, conducting thorough market and competitive analyses, crafting compelling value propositions, designing business models, and strategically formulating plans to acquire the necessary resources for sustainable growth and success.
