Course overview

The course focuses on major innovations in the construction industry such as new and emerging technologies, methods and materials that have potential to be used in construction projects. Various factors such as cost, supply chain, skills requirements will be taken into account. Students will also develop understanding of the contributions of these innovations on enhancing the productivity in the construction industry.
