Course overview

This course aims to equip students with advanced knowledge and applied skills in emerging construction technologies, innovative construction methods, and advanced construction materials. Taking a future-oriented perspective, the course enables students to engage critically with the evolving demands of the global construction industry. Students will develop the capability to analyse new approaches, apply innovative solutions, and manage change across different project contexts. By integrating technical understanding with innovation management, the course prepares students to become forward-looking professionals who can identify and implement effective alternatives to achieve project objectives with greater efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. This course aligns with the program’s intent to prepare future leaders of the construction industry to thrive in a fast-paced, digitally driven, and constantly evolving sector.
