Course overview

This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to implement a research proposal that is previously developed. Building on general principles of scientific research together with a consideration of construction management specific paradigms, this course will provide students opportunities to practice research skills, especially data collection and data analysis skills in construction management related research. By collecting and analysing data, students will develop problem-solving skills as well as communication skills for the research results. This course aligns with the program's intent to prepare future leaders of the construction industry that are able to solve research problems for better and efficient construction practices.
