Course overview

This course aims to develop the students’ knowledge on planning and managing cost throughout various project stages and examine strategies to achieve optimum financial performance at both the project level and the business level. This includes cost planning and detailed estimating, business management, company management (accounting, cash flow), commercial management, and professional practice. The learners will develop analytical thinking, effective communication and economic consideration and interpretation skills required for a cost management profession. This course aligns with the program’s intent to excel learners to become leading professionals in the construction industry.
