Course overview

This course aims to equip learners with knowledge and skills required for the practice of quantity surveying. The course introduces cost management principles and appropriate knowledge in respect to standard methods of measurement, preparation of bills of quantities, and measurement of building and civil works. The learners will develop analytical thinking and effective communication skills for quantity surveying practice. This course aligns with the program’s intent to excel learners to become a successful professional in the construction industry by applying knowledge and skills to quantify and apply costs for building and infrastructure projects.
