Course overview

This course aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively design and manage construction projects. Through an integrated curriculum, students will apply previously acquired principles and digital competencies to tackle technical challenges, lead interdisciplinary teams, and uphold ethical and sustainable practices. Students will develop problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, fostering qualities essential for professional practice. The course aligns with program learning outcomes by preparing graduates to initiate professional careers, collaborate in diverse teams, demonstrate ethical conduct, and communicate proficiently in construction contexts, covering key areas such as technology applications, commercial management, legal frameworks, and environmental sustainability.
