Course overview

This course aims to introduce learners to the construction and business management principles to provide the basis for their later studies about managing construction projects. It explains site organisation and management of construction at project and business levels. The learners will develop effective communication skills, teamwork, technological competence, and cultural and societal responsiveness in managing construction at project and business levels. This course intents to equip learners with introductory knowledge of construction project and businesses management to continue later courses in the program.
