Course overview
Students will learn about why ecosystems fail to persist and what can be done to repair them, including the science-based planning and implementation of strategies to conserve and sustainably utilise populations of wild species, balancing wildlife with societal priorities.
Course learning outcomes
- Activate team-oriented management of projects, especially communication with peers
- Activate self-organise project planning
- Achieve personal research goals within the fieldwork framework
- Report results of ecological studies to a non-specialist, but educated science audience

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
