Course overview
This course aims to equip students with skills to develop knowledge of creative research processes and practice: in environmental, cultural and ethical contexts. Learners identify a project related to their field of specialisation and develop proposals that consider the broad context of social impact the project addresses and the specific nature of the contribution the proposal makes to the specialist field. Students develop skills in creative strategies encompassing materials and composition, structure and technical requirements, critical analysis and presentation. This course aligns with the program's intent to provide specialist knowledge and skills applicable to professional practice in art and design fields.
