Course overview
To develop advanced knowledge and skills in research by design necessary to develop and commence a complex interior architecture project in the context of multiple stakeholders and built environment typologies. Building upon knowledge and research skills acquired in Interior Architecture Honours Research 1, and Interior Architecture Honours Project 1students will apply tactics of critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to a chosen field of inquiry. Students will gather and articulate the information into the production of a research-informed design project. This course aligns with the program’s intent to advance knowledge in interior architecture practices and human environments; socially, sustainably, physically and equip students for professional practice or as a pathway to higher degree research and further learning.
