To provide students with an introduction to the areas of aviation knowledge required for the commencement of flight training.
Course learning outcomes
- Execute aircraft operation in a safe and legally compliant manner.
- Demonstrate aeronautical knowledge sufficiently to meet the professional standard of solo aircraft operation.
- Demonstrate good decision making, situational awareness, and airmanship by responding to simulated or real in-flight emergencies.

If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
