Course overview

The aim of this course is to develop an applied knowledge of human factors in the aviation industry. The course covers the key elements of human factors by focussing on the critical areas of intelligence, decision-making, culture, work stress and trauma, personality and employee selection, leadership and followership, crew resource management, situational awareness, and workplace conflict and its resolution.
