Course overview

This course aims to provide students with an introduction to aviation knowledge required for the award of recreational pilots licence and develop students' in-depth understanding in 2 selected topics in the lead-up to commercial pilots licence. Contents include: flight planning; air laws and procedures; navigation; meteorology; aircraft general knowledge; aerodynamics theory; operations; and human performance and limitations.
