Course learning outcomes
- Apply the knowledge of sustainability issues in accounting and reporting in appraising corporate sustainability impacts
- Synthesise the accountability relationship between a corporation and its stakeholders in responding to sustainability issues
- Explore the sustainability accounting regulatory landscape in relation to mandatory and voluntary initiatives
- Evaluate corporations’ sustainability accounting practices in relation to their management and reporting
- Apply academic research tools to address sustainability accounting issues in relation to a specific real-world context
