At Adelaide University, Student Assist brings student services together into one connected, clear and helpful experience. We’re committed to making sure you can access support when and where you need it, in ways that make sense.
Our service is made up of two closely linked teams: Services and Enquiries and Retention and Success. Each of these teams has a distinct focus, working together to deliver a seamless experience.
Services and Enquiries
We’re your first point of contact for general enquiries and student administration questions. Whether you reach out in-person, by phone, email or live chat, we aim to resolve your issue on the spot. In doing so, we keeping things moving and reduce hand-offs.
Retention and Success
We provide proactive, case-managed support for students who may be at risk of disengaging or falling behind. We monitor key transition points, identify early signs of struggle, and reach out with tailored help. We work closely with academic and professional staff to keep you engaged and progressing, making sure no one falls through the cracks.
Together, we form a coordinated safety net, meeting you where you’re at and helping you stay on track throughout your student journey.
