Counselling

Adelaide University’s counsellors offer free, confidential, short-term counselling to help you manage the personal challenges affecting your study or wellbeing.

Counselling support offers a safe and confidential space to talk things through. Our qualified counsellors are here to help you reflect, understand, and find ways forward.

We use a brief-intervention counselling model, which means you’ll usually work with a counsellor over a few sessions to address your concerns. If you need additional support, we’ll help you find the right services – on campus or in the wider community.

Counselling is free and confidential for all enrolled students.
