Connect Week 9–13 February | O'Week 16–20 February | Classes start 23 February 

Connect Week 

Connect Week is all about getting a head start before O’Week.

This week is designed for students who want extra time to prepare, settle in early, and ease into university life at their own pace.

What you can expect:

  • Practical workshops on study skills, time management, and planning for success
  • Social events with Peer Connect Guides, perfect for making your first connections.

O'Week 

O’Week is the main Orientation Week, designed to help you launch into university life with confidence.

What you can expect:

  • Degree Welcomes, where you’ll meet your academics and classmates
  • Big social activities (including free food!) from the Adelaide University Student Association (AUSA) and AU Sport
  • Campus tours to help you get to know your campus.

Regional students 

Studying at our Mount Gambier or Whyalla Campuses? Orientation for regional campuses takes place during Connect Week (9–13 February). Each campus will have degree welcomes, information sessions and social activities to help you get started – all in one day, close to home.
