Your record of study is a summary of your complete enrolment history at Adelaide University. It includes all courses you’ve studied and the results you’ve received.
To access your Record of Study, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Student Portal
2. Go to Manage my Study
3. Select Academic Record
4. Select Generate Now button
This service is available to students with an active enrolment at Adelaide University.
Your academic transcript is an official record of your enrolment and results at Adelaide University. You’ll receive two free copies: one completion academic transcript and one conferral academic transcript.
Academic transcripts are issued digitally via My eQuals. You’ll be notified by email when your document is ready, with instructions to access it.
Please note: If your student account is in bad financial standing, academic transcripts won't be issued until all overdue fees are paid.
Digital academic transcripts are issued via the secure My eQuals portal. Only documents viewed through My eQuals are certified and authenticated by the University.
Paper transcripts issued by Adelaide University include a range of security features:
Embedded watermarks
Adelaide University hologram in the bottom right corner of each page
Adelaide University logo and name in the top left corner
Name and UV ink.
