We promote our products and services to the wider biomedical research community, both nationally and internationally.
- All animal facility transfers, and animal order deliveries are completed on Wednesdays, with exceptions granted only under extenuating circumstances.
- LAS Production animal orders (<20 animals) - Submission must be received by 4pm Monday for a Wednesday delivery.
- LAS Production animal orders (>20 animals) must be placed in advance wherever possible.
- Ozgene Animal Orders - Submission must be received by 12 noon Monday.
- Technical Assistance Requests - Minimum two business days' notice required
- Facility Animal Transport Request - Minimum two business days' notice required. A Wednesday facility transport request must be submitted by 9am Monday.
- Non-Approved Supplier Transport Request Form - transport time is varied and dependent on health status of the sending and receiving facilities.
