About me

Snowy is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and has worked for 15 years in mental health, providing early intervention,  evidence based counselling, case coordination and risk management to young people and adults. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where students can thrive emotionally, academically, and socially. She is dedicated to empower and support students to navigate their challenges of university life , offering a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for students to express concerns and develop strategies to manage their personal, academic, and emotional issues.  She uses a wide range of therapeutic approaches, it includes, but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Trauma Informed Practice.

In her free time,  Snowy likes to cook, bake, travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Snowy works Monday to Thursday and offers counselling appointments in different languages (ie: English, Cantonese & Mandarin) to students on those days.
