Rebecca is a senior advancement leader with extensive experience driving philanthropic growth and partnership engagement in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors. In her role as Associate Director, Principle & Major Gifts at Adelaide University, she leads strategic fundraising initiatives and works with alumni, donors, corporate partners and philanthropic supporters to advance the University’s mission and strategic priorities. Rebecca has professional experience across business development, communications, and community relations, with a strong track record of developing and delivering programs that generate significant philanthropic revenue — including major gifts, corporate support, named scholarships, planned giving and stewardship. Prior to joining Adelaide University, she held senior advancement roles at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia, and leadership positions in independent schools and community-facing organisations. Rebecca holds an MBA and is an active member of professional associations in advancement. Her collaborative leadership and deep commitment to building lasting relationships underpin her work in enhancing philanthropic impact and supporting the University’s engagement with its global community.
