Matthew has a history of working in Aboriginal education and community engagement for 15 years. Matthew has also taught at the University of South Australia, Flinders University on Aboriginal education perspectives within schools. He has worked at all levels of education in student wellbeing and education. Matthew has a passion  for building relationships with people who can bring more knowledge into university  and supporting students wellbeing while studying. Most recently he worked with the University of South Australia on the Elders on Campus program and other projects tied to Cultural learning of Aboriginal peoples. Matthew graduated from Flinders University with a degree in Secondary Education and  Graduate Diploma In Aboriginal Studies from the University of South Australia.
