Profile of Mandi Carr

About me

Mandi is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences located at the Roseworthy Campus of the Adelaide University, with extensive experience in livestock (cattle, sheep, goat, alpaca) health. Her research focuses on enhancing the health and welfare of our livestock by finding solutions to increase the sustainability, productivity and profitability of our livestock industries

Mandi is involved with the teaching of livestock health and production across the Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Veterinary Technology, Animal Behaviour and Agricultural Science based degrees at the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Roseworthy Campus.

Mandi has developed and commercialised the world’s first cattle handling 6DoF virtual reality experience for the education of students - CattleVR (http://cattlevr.think.digital/)
