About me

I'm values led and believe in putting people at the centre of everything I do. I've had the great privilege of being part of the Future Employee Experience project over the last 18 months where we have brought people together to co-design the future for Adelaide University, and I look forward to continuing to listen, co-design, and bring our shared vision to life as part of the newly established Employee Experience team. I am always learning and like to work at the intersection of people informed, evidence based, and impact driven.

My career spans government, NGO, and higher education sectors, with over 10 years in higher education that has included partnering with universities and peak bodies across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, bringing a nuanced and international perspective to my understanding of the higher education sector. I've led cross-functional teams of 20+,  managed large-scale global student learning programs (100+ programs, 1000+ students, 1.5M+ budget with Australia's highest participation rate), managed critical incidents including through the events of 2020, supported government bi-lateral relations in international education, and supported organisational and team performance and culture initiatives in a range of settings. The common thread that unites my experience is putting people at the centre of my work with a deep belief in the power human-centred design to create better outcomes.
