About me
I’ve worked in all sorts of learning and development spaces - from small, owner-run businesses and not-for-profits to government departments and global leadership programs. Every experience helped me understand the different ways people learn and what really matters to them. Before I found my way into Learning and Development, I trained and worked in the performing arts. That world taught me a lot about what it means to be human - the messiness, the contradictions, the courage it takes to step into the spotlight even when you’re not sure you’re ready. It's shaped how I design learning experiences. For me, it’s never about ticking boxes. It’s about creating spaces where people can explore, experiment, and wrestle with big ideas like organisational vision and leadership principles, so they make sense for them in the reality of their daily working life.
